RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to return an item(s) please fill in and enclose the returns form included in your delivery. Email email@example.com to notify us of your return and send your purchase to: KAIA LONDON LTD, Tilford Cottage, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 2BX within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend that you insure the returns shipment as it is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage incurred to the contents until we receive your return. In the case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of postage.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all KAIA LONDON and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
You will receive your refund (excluding original shipping costs paid) within 14 days of receipt of return.
International Returns please ensure items are insured and are returned as above via registered or recorded mail or courier as we cannot be held liable for loss of such items. We will also not be held liable for any import duties when returning items back to the UK from abroad.
Please note that items listed as Final Sale are clearance stock and are unable to be refunded.
Your purchase should arrive back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may not be accepted at the discretion of KAIA LONDON.
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all KAIA LONDON and designer garment tags still attached.
Please handle light-coloured bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags. All KAIA LONDON and designer garment tags should remain intact and dust bag returned too.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on KAIA LONDON as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your KAIA LONDON account or future orders being refused.
Should you require an alternative item please return the original item for a refund (following the instructions above) and place a new order for the alternative.
